Learning

  • Learning the Business work flow from end to end became necessary to eventually understand the Important touchpoint , where UX can interfere for problem solving and experience creation.

  • In-Case of revamping the experience for legacy Software Solution , Good start is have a contextual enquiry with the user for the existing platform to know the UX Gap.

  • If Application Domain is to technical  for the designer, It became necessary to not work in silo and include a SME / Co-designed with the user itself for design.

  • A real feel prototype make more sense to the user, then just taking feedback on  a static screen.

  • Start working on every aspect of design in parallel such as UX and  Visual Design.

Thank you for your Time...
